ICW NE Meeting Minutes – August 10, 2022
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
6:05pm – Tracey, Heather, Nick M., Rachelan and David, Lou
MINISTER REPORTS
Autocrat – Tracey
Tracey did minutes from the last meeting and the agenda for today, which are posted to the forum at Chleirigh.org. She continues to work on the web site with Nick.

Co-autocrat – Rachelan
Rachelan has been corresponding via email with the Imperials regarding Weeping Rose’s status. She has learned that we are using a “non-written” path for cantons and that the Empire is fine with Weeping Rose so far.

Lists and Rolls – Duvi
Heather is no longer in charge of ICW NE nor ICW SE Lists and Rolls. David G. is now in charge of ICW NE. He has requested the war packets from Moira.

War and Joust
No report.

Robe (A&S) – Heather
No report.

Archery and Thrown
Nick has a proposal for Eric on non-scenario archery.

Feast and Boards
Dena suggested that Rachelan and Dena could do meals that have not been taken. We suggest reaching out to the Duchy as a whole for volunteers.

Website – Nick
Nick still needs the war scenarios and the remaining meal menus. He added the data on local emergency services provided by Shannon and the hotel data provided by Rachelan. Lou and Nick were able to disable the mobile version of the site, which was not working properly. That forces all devices to go to the desktop site, which works fine for all devices.

OLD BUSINESS
Site: Contract and Other Considerations - Tracey
During the course of the meeting, Rachelan received approval to sign the site and toilet contracts. The Imperial Steward agreed to transfer funds directly to Lou’s bank account and have Lou write the checks.

Pre-registration/Checking Account - Rachelan
Discussions are in progress.

YouTube Channel
Prince Desmond, Imperial Steward, gave the go-ahead for a Duchy YouTube channel. Tracey will ask Eryka to volunteer for the job of setting up and maintaining the channel.

Schtick – Darren
Jessica will meet with the Duke the day of the Weeping Rose Investiture.

Decorations – Heather
In progress.

Site Tokens – Rachelan and Heather
Rachelan made up a ribbon color chart. She and David will start the tokens and then hand them to Heather for completion.

NEW BUSINESS

Done, as reported above.

Schedule Changes – Tracey
Tracey asked for permission to alter the daily schedules to be more consistent. Permission was granted.
