ICW NE Meeting Minutes – August 24, 2022
CALL TO ORDER AND ROLL CALL
6:08pm – Tracey, Heather, Nick M., Rachelan, David G., Lou, Shannon

MINISTER REPORTS
Autocrat – Tracey
Everything is still going well. This group of people are doing their jobs well.

Co-autocrat – Rachelan (See activities in Old Business)

War and Joust
The scenarios came and were approved. There is need of a “Holy hand grenade of Antioch.” Rhanwen promised to make one.

Robe (A&S) – Heather
The forms are printed and the judge packets almost done.

Archery and Thrown
Rabbit and hedgehog targets are being created by various artists.

OLD BUSINESS
YouTube Channel
Eryka and Lou have the YouTube channel started, though there is not any content posted to it at this time.

Schtick
The fun begins at opening court on Saturday.

Site Tokens – Rachelan and Heather
Heather has the tokens and is cutting the necessary ribbons.

Gifts and Prizes
Heather and Rachelan have a prize ready for just about everything.

Additions to Website – Nick
All current requests have been taken care of.

FOR THE GOOD OF THE WAR
Shannon will print the completed schedules and post them around the event site.
Erik will pick up and donate paper good for the meals.
